Windsor Garden Group 2011 meetings!
(All meetings are Tuesdays at 10am unless otherwise noted.)
January 11-Community House, plan activities for first half of 2011! Refreshments=Peggy
January 18 at 9 or 9:30am-Special clean-up & inventory work day! Bring all WGG bins, boxes, and totes to the Community House and we'll organize and start fresh. Then we'll do lunch at a local restaurant!Cancelled due to winter weather!
January 25-Windsor Woods Senior Housing annual Valentine's Cards project! clean up and inventory craft bins!
February 8-Valentine's project at Windsor Woods Refreshments=Marie and ALL!
February 22-Decoupage snowmen dishes! Refreshments=Jill & Elaine
March 8-Community House-2011 Garden Planning! Refreshments= Cindy & Sue R.
March 22-Eastern Broome Sr. Center, Mini Spring Wreath project followed by lunch at the Center!
April 12-Business meeting at Marie DeVore's home, Planning for Tea on May 10th! Refreshments=Peggy & Sue B.
April 26-Community House, make favors etc. for Tea.
May 10-WGG annual Tea!
May 24-Quick meeting at Community House and then planting throughout the village. Refreshments= Peggy
June 7-Road trip to the Hosta Man=Eric Neff, in Vestal. Leave the Methodist Church parking lot at 9:30 or the McDonald's Parking lot at 9:40 and meet at Eric's 2504 Lynhurst Dr. home at 10am. See Sue Rambo to sign up. Lunch somewhere afterwards.
June 14-Meeting (and garden tour) at Monnie's East Windsor Rd. home.
June 28-Trip to Cutler Gardens on Front St. in Binghamton. Same departure schedule as June 7th event.
July 2-Windsor Garden Group's 14th Anniversary!

Dec.13 at 11:00am- Christmas luncheon at Marie's- bring Human Development items, dish to share AND Christmas gift to "steal"!

Meetings are held at 10:00am on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, at the Windsor Community House, unless otherwise listed.

January 26-Create Edible Arrangement for Windsor Senior Luncheon! Judy Williams-co-ordinator
February 9- Windsor Woods Senior Housing (Valentine's Project)
February 23-Sue Rambo's home-Bring your datebooks & calendars! We're going to set up some meeting and program dates!
March 9-Business meeting at Shirley Kilker's home
March 23-9:30am Breakfast meeting at Linda Young's Pumpkin Pine Farm! Pancakes & real Maple syrup! **Each member please bring 3 new Easter Cards with envelopes.** Also, Linda & Monnie will have a special craft for us.
April 27-ROAD TRIP and Lunch! Meet at the United Methodist Church back parking lot on Chapel St. or at the McDonald's in West Windsor. We'll be on the road by 9:45 to be in Owego by 10:30.

We will meet at 9:15am in the Parking lot of the Methodist Church on Chapel St. We'll arrange our Carpools and leave by 9:30am. OR members and guests can meet in the McDonald's parking lot in West Windsor and leave from there at 9:40 or so. Contact SUE R. with any questions.
Sunday, September 12 at 2:00 WGG Family Picnic at Peggy Colosi's home. Bring a dish to pass and your favorite beverage. Sausage, hot dogs and rolls will be provided. Marie has the sign up sheet for sides & desserts!
September 14-Road Trip to Stony Hill Farms, 3801 Brady Hill Rd. in Binghamton Meet at UMC parking lot, Chapel St. and carpool! We'll leave Windsor at 9:20am or so. OR meet at McD's in West Windsor and leave there at 9:30 or so. Contact PEGGY with any questions. Guests are encouraged!
September 28-Business Meeting and PLANT EXCHANGE at Carole Sabatine's home! Thanks Carole!
October12-Annual Business meeting and WGG officer Elections at Windsor Community House. This is the start of our Garden Group year! Dues are due! See Nominating Committee Members Peggy Colosi or Jean Neil to nominate someone for an office. President AND Vice President positions are open! (Peggy and Jean are on for refreshments.) Bring Christmas ornaments and ideas!
October 26-Community House-prepare craft materials. Cindy VanHorn will provide refreshments!
November 9-Community House-prepare kits and final details for 11-16 Craft Class. Jill Skinner will provide refreshments! Thanks Jill!
